Talking politics with my mother

While on the phone to my mom in Idaho last night, it occured to my that for the first time in my life we agreed on a political issue.  The issue?  Gov. Sanford and our mutual agreement that the guy should 1) stop having press conference, 2) glad that his wife and family were not up on the podium during the first humiliating press conference and 3) shut up.  I actually agreed with a conservative republican for the first time ever.  Now, I am worried…

Welcome to my own private Idaho!  Being raised in Idaho I hope to share some of the very exciting experiences of my youth.   Before I forget them.

One of my favorite memory growing up was watching Rocky & Bullwinkle with my dad and brother.  9 times out of 10 this Sunday morning ritual  got me out of going to church with mom.
